I went to Western Digital to download the software for my drive, it was smoother than I expected. I found what I needed quickly without having to dig through confusing menus or deal with any odd steps.

The app was just as easy to use once I installed it. Setting up my backup only took a few minutes, and everything worked the way it should. I’m happy with it and don’t really have anything to complain about
